Detached house, on three floors which is located in an excellent location. It is located first row to the sea with a pier in front and a berth for a boat.

On the first floor there are two garages 3m high and two cisterns. On the second floor are two apartments of 60m2 with separate entrances and terraces that provide impressive sea views. On the third floor are also two apartments of 60m2 which are located in the attic.

On the west side of the house there is a small building that is multi-storey and has its own number, and behind the house there is a separate outdoor cistern. The house was built in 1990, and the last renovation was in 2015. Investments in real estate are certainly needed, but currently the house is in fairly good condition, and can be used for housing and tourist rental. The house can be accessed from the sea by boat, and due to the deep draft can be accessed by a larger boat or yacht. Access by car is available by car, which can be reached 100 m from the house, where private parking is available, and then walk to the house.

The house is located in a quiet environment for an intimate vacation on the island of Drvenik, with crystal clear sea and extremely beautiful beaches. The island is connected by a ferry line from Trogir and Seget Donji, which runs several times a day, and the ride takes one hour.

Drvenik Veli (Italian: Zirona Grande) is an island in Croatian part of Adriatic Sea. It is situated in middle-Dalmatian archipelago, northwest of Šolta, 1.8 kilometres (1.1 miles) from the mainland.[1] Its area is 12.07 square kilometres (4.66 sq mi).[2][3] The highest peak is 178 metres high.[3] The only settlement on the island is the near-eponymous village of Drvenik Veliki (pronounced [dr̩v̞ɛ̌niːk v̞ɛ̂likiː]) with a population of 150 (2011 census).[4] The island was first inhabited in the 15th century.[5] Croatian monuments from the 13th century, the island is mentioned as "Gerona" or "Giruan".[5] Main industries are agriculture, fishing and tourism.[5][6] Coast of the island is constituted of many sand and pebble beaches.[6] Drvenik Mali (Italian: Zirona Piccola) is an island in Croatian part of Adriatic Sea. It is situated in middle-Dalmatian archipelago, west of Drvenik Veliki, 8 nautical miles (15 km) from Trogir. Its area is 3.3 square kilometres (1.3 sq mi).[1][2]
