This detached house with sea view is situated in a quiet bay, only 80 m from the sea, near Jelsa on island Hvar.

It was built on a 400 m2 plot and is spread over two floors. It consists of a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and storage which in total is 50 m2 of living space. Two, partly covered, terraces spread over 70 m2. Below one terrace is a closed but unfinished 35 m2 storage room / cellar and next to the house is a storage water tank (10 m3).
