This exceptional building, which has historical significance is located in a quiet bay on the island Korcula. The new building has retained the architectural style of old buildings, as well as the original color. The villa is located first row to the sea. Distance from the sea: 5 m. The house is well placed in a quiet bay, so it is protected from winds and sea. It has a wonderful sea and sunset view. The property has its own mole and boat mooring, located just outside the house.

The 29 m2 swimming pool is rectangular shape and whirlpool is 2,5 meters in diameter, built in concrete, but have not yet been paved. There is a possibility of completion of these works, which would increase price of the property. The partial implemented of central floor heating is planned as well the solar equipment on the roof. Pipes for air conditioners are conducted but the devices have not yet been set.
