The land is rectangular, approximately 80m x 180m, longitudinally north-south.
The northern part, with an area of 8000m², has the status of the construction area of the settlement - unbuilt part, while in the southern part of the land area of 7000m² is not allowed construction.
The southern part of the land, about 100 m in length, touches the sea. The terrain is softly enveloped and enriched with pine trees and coastal oak (earlier, there were grapevines and olives).

Peljesac (Croatian pronunciation: [pɛ̌ʎɛʃats]) (local Chakavian dialect: Pelišac; Italian: Sabbioncello) is a peninsula in southern Dalmatia[1] in Croatia. The peninsula is part of the Dubrovnik-Neretva County and is the second largest peninsula in Croatia. From the isthmus that begins at Ston, to the top of Cape Lovista, it is 65 km or 40 mi long.
