Beautiful property with two villas, both located in the first row to the sea in the small Dalmatian village, Sevid.

It consists of two floors. The ground floor has direct access to the pool, fireplace, sunbathing area and the covered part of the courtyard where the outdoor dining table is located.
On this floor there is a kitchen, a living room and an additional toilet.
Inside, a wooden staircase secured by a glass fence lead to the upper floor of the villa, with two luxury bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to a terrace equipped with a table, chairs and parasols.

Rogoznica is a popular tourist village on the Dalmatian coast in Croatia that lies in the southernmost part of the Šibenik-Knin County, in a deep bay sheltered from wind, about 30 km from Šibenik. In the 2001 census, the population of the village was 2,391, with 96% declaring themselves Croats. It is occasionally called Šibenska Rogoznica to distinguish it from Lokva Rogoznica, another tourist resort in Dalmatia.
