Extraordinary family villa with swimming pool, situated 50 meters from the sea and the beach. It is located on a beautiful position, near the town of Rogoznica. In the construction of villa, a modern and traditional way of construction was used, with plenty of natural stone, steel fences, wooden pergolas, a garden enriched with palm trees, olive trees, and lemon and orange trees.

The interior is designed in a traditional Dalmatian style. However, at this stage of construction, the future owners can adapt the interior to their taste and needs. The price includes a fully-equipped villa. All furniture and wooden items are handmade by skilled carpenter, and quality Austrian materials were used.

Rogoznica is a popular tourist village on the Dalmatian coast in Croatia that lies in the southernmost part of the Šibenik-Knin County, in a deep bay sheltered from wind, about 30 km from Šibenik. In the 2001 census, the population of the village was 2,391, with 96% declaring themselves Croats. It is occasionally called Šibenska Rogoznica to distinguish it from Lokva Rogoznica, another tourist resort in Dalmatia.
