All buildings are constructed in a way to form a "circular wall" around the zone. In the central part inside the building is the square while all the buildings have views of the waterfalls of the river Krka. So every visitor has the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of nature. 6. Spa Spa is planned in an area of ​​30,000 m2 and would include Clinic and Spa & Wellness Center. 7. Supporting content Supporting content extends to 10 000 m2 and includes a museum, education center, a multimedia center, a cafe, a nightclub and shopping. 8. Park / Forest The whole complex is immersed in a large park rich in flowers, pools of different sizes and smaller ponds. Everything is connected by footpaths and numerous hiking trails.
