The impact of futurism on real estate design

Futurism unites a group of avant-garde styles originating from Russia and Italy 1910-1920. The direction developed simultaneously in different areas of cultural life: painting, music, literature and poetry. The name of the style comes from the Latin "futurum", which translates as "future".

Futurism in the interior began to be applied after the boom in the style of architecture. In the buildings of that time, there is a cult of the "age of technology", it was worshiped and considered the only real vector behind the future.

During the 20th century, futurism was slowly falling into oblivion, and its place was taken by the “space age”. But as we enter the 21st century, we are witnessing a renaissance of futuristic architecture.

The center of interest of futuristic architects is the city, seen as a symbol of dynamism and modernity. Architectural projects relate to the city of the future.

Futurism is known for its striking shapes, dynamic lines and strong contrasts, as well as the use of modern materials. New futuristic aesthetics have resulted in unusual structures that often look like a set for a science fiction film.

Famous architects are building a futuristic skyscraper in China. Renowned architects Zaha Hadid Architects, led by Patrick Schumacher, are working on the impressive Tower C - a pair of skyscrapers - in the Chinese city of Shenzhen.

Architectural visionaries gathered at the Japanese studio TNA presented a new housing concept hidden behind the name "Solo Houses". This futuristic story seeks to attract young people to uninhabited parts of Spain. The dominant material is concrete, which gives the whole design a great note.

If the vision of Japanese architects is to be believed, houses like this, with minimal energy emissions, straight lines, blended into the environment, are the future of construction.

One of the tricks to creating a futuristic interior is to combine the past and the future. Antique elements combined with the latest technology, strict lines and bright colors in the decoration create a stunning effect.

Another way to make the interior unusual is to use encrypted messages. This technique will look especially impressive in the bathroom or kitchen. To create coded messages, it is enough to place lines of numbers and letters on mirror or glass surfaces.

One of the main ideas of this design is the functionality and practicality of things combined with simple shapes and lines.

The main colors for the interior, furniture and walls - white, gray and metallic.
