Brokerage Services Price List
Broker-Grupa d.o.o. is a licensed real estate brokerage agency registered with the Real Estate Brokerage Register of the Croatian Chamber of Economy.
Brokerage fees are determined based on the type of service provided, the value and location of the property, the complexity of the transaction, market conditions, and the scope of services agreed upon with the client.
All brokerage fees are defined and agreed in a written brokerage agreement.
Sale of Real Estate
Brokerage fee for real estate sales transactions:
3% – 5% of the agreed sale price.
Purchase of Real Estate
Brokerage fee for buyer representation and property acquisition services:
2% – 4% of the agreed purchase price.
Leasing and Rental Services – Landlord / Property Owner
Brokerage fee charged to the landlord or property owner:
- 75% of one month’s rent for rental agreements up to 12 months
- 100% of one month’s rent for rental agreements between 12 and 36 months
- 150% of one month’s rent for rental agreements exceeding 36 months
Leasing and Rental Services – Tenant
Brokerage fee charged to the tenant:
- 75% of one month’s rent (minimum) for rental agreements up to 12 months
- 100% of one month’s rent for rental agreements between 12 and 36 months
- 150% of one month’s rent (minimum) for rental agreements of 60 months or longer
Additional Services
Depending on the nature and complexity of the transaction, Broker-Grupa d.o.o. may provide additional services, including:
- Coordination of legal and administrative procedures
- Assistance with preparing and collecting documentation
- Organization of certified document translations
- Coordination of utility account transfers
- Property marketing and promotional activities
- International property promotion
- Assistance for foreign buyers purchasing real estate in Croatia
The exact scope of services is defined in the brokerage agreement.

All listed fees are subject to VAT in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
