Holiday homes with a pool have become a real hit on the market, both in the Adriatic and interior.
The demand for luxury holiday homes in Croatia is growing. A large part of investors decide to meet the new demands of the market and start investing in luxury homes, which are becoming one of the most popular sources of income in tourism.

A holiday home will certainly gain in value if it has a swimming pool, and tourism experts say such a facility will achieve faster but also longer occupancy. Accordingly, the need for new services in this segment has already opened up. Thus, there are already additional services on the market, such as special breakfast services, organizing the arrival of chefs on the estate, specially organized luxury tours and attractions, organizing the first purchase for guests, etc...
