Holiday homes with a pool have become a real hit on the market, both in the Adriatic and interior.
The demand for luxury holiday homes in Croatia is growing. A large part of investors decide to meet the new demands of the market and start investing in luxury homes, which are becoming one of the most popular sources of income in tourism.
That the great demand for them on the global scene was even before the appearance of covid19 is shown by the fact that the world's largest hotel chain Marriott, last year launched a platform in which it sells private luxury houses.
For buyers who buy a property with the intention of renting, the priority is the attractiveness of the property and a good location because these two criteria guarantee good occupancy and rental price.
A holiday home will certainly gain in value if it has a swimming pool, and tourism experts say such a facility will achieve faster but also longer occupancy. Pools are an oasis for recreation, relaxation, rest, enjoyment and fun, so it is good to invest in their environment, to achieve the desired impression.

Luxury holiday homes will certainly remain in focus, in fact, there will be a greater demand for them than for higher category hotels, and they will become the first choice in the category of luxury tourism. Accordingly, the need for new services in this segment has already opened up. Thus, there are already additional services on the market, such as special breakfast services, organizing the arrival of chefs on the estate, specially organized luxury tours and attractions, organizing the first purchase for guests, etc...
