Why should you buy an apartment in Split

It is a well-known fact that both Split and the whole of Dalmatia have embraced the apartment rental method and that the majority of local residents find an opportunity for an additional source of income in this branch. The most sought-after apartments are on the first floor, which are located in smaller residential buildings or family houses, but the price is also affected by the facilities on the ground floor, such as a garden, swimming pool, etc. In general, the lowest price is achieved by apartments on the first floor, the ground floor and on the upper floors in buildings without an elevator. . The neighborhood in which the apartment is located also plays a big role in the price, and neighborhoods such as Meje, Bačvice, Žnjan sometimes reach twice the price of other neighborhoods that are located a little further from the sea. Finally, we should definitely mention the fact that apartments that are already furnished or those that have at least fixed installations or a built-in kitchen are usually sold full of money.

From all of the above, we conclude that the city of Split is a good place to buy real estate or apartments due to its outstanding position in the center of Dalmatia. It is well connected to the beautiful islands (Brač, Hvar, Vis, Šolta, Korčula, Čiovo) if you want to move to a quieter location. Moderate Mediterranean climate, lots of sunny days, proximity to the sea are just some of the advantages that make Split one of the most popular destinations on the Adriatic.
