In 2019, the Government of the Republic of Croatia launched a project for the reconstruction and construction of roads Supetar – Pučišća – Povlja – Sumartin on the island of Brač, which would connect the ferry ports Supetar and Sumartin and the cargo port Veselje and connect ten settlements, which would allow better movement population, the availability of more services and the improvement of the quality of life.
