Preliminary design concept for the hotel – villas. In order to expand the tourist offer it is planned to build 4 * resort hotels with a wide range of public facilities and services.

The diversity of the complex (public facilities such as indoor and outdoor pools, spa and beauty salons, fitness facilities, conference hall, restaurants …) and a capacity of approximately 200 units will offer all tourist the unforgettable experience.

The situation according to data from the associated documentation:
The total area: 11.534 m2
– Ground area of built parts: 5.158 m2
– The gross floor area of all buildings: 5.465 m2
– Lot (building) Coverage ratio: 0.45
– The coefficient of usability: 0.47

Construction of the hotel is in line with the spatial plan of Split-Dalmatia County.
– At least 40% of the plots should be set aside for park and other green areas.
– Floor: underground floor, ground floor plus three floors and attic of 30% of the plan area of the ground floor, flat or sloping roof. More than one underground floors can be planned for the hotel garage.
