PROJECT

The villa is conceived as modern and minimalistically landscaped, on a land of 3000 m2, with all amenities that give it such a characteristic (fitness, indoor garage, sauna, swimming pool, lift, penthouse terrace, large room, tennis court, playground etc. .). The villa has 550 m2 of gross surface, of which 400 m2 is enclosed, and 150 m2 of closed and open terraces arranged on several floors.

IDEA

The villa is conceived with sliding glass walls that can be opened in a kit so that it creates a nicer summer atmosphere. The ground floor pool is modernly designed so that there is a wooden sunbathing area on the one hand, and the artificial beach of the Mediterranean style on the other. The side pool between the pool and the house, ie the basement, is provided in the glass, creating a special light effect in the fitness room. The villa was designed by one of the best Croatian architects Vjekoslav Ivanisevic. Building permits and project are concerned, everything has been done so that construction can begin immediately.

LOCATION

The geographical position of the villa is on the hill on the island of Brac. The distance from the sea is approximately 270 m and given its position the villa has a fantastic sea view. The villa has secured intimacy, as it is surrounded by three agricultural land plowed on olive groves, where it is forbidden to build, and its 4th land plot of 10,000 m2.

LEVELS

The first floor is semi-enclosed, with a garage, fitness room, sauna, garage, storage room, wardrobe and sanitary facility. The second floor with a kitchen, dining room, living room, toilet and a bedroom with a wardrobe and a sanitary node and an outside part of it. The outdoor pool is at the level of this floor and a large part of the outdoor environment is at this level that it is possible to achieve unobstructed communication between the inner and outer parts. The third floor contains of three bedrooms, each with its own wardrobe, sanitary knot, sleeping area and an outdoor terrace. On this floor there is also a shared open terrace that can be a winter garden. The fourth floor is a large open terrace across the house that is designed as a sunbathing area with jacuzzi and bar. All four floors are connected by internal staircase and elevator.
