Indigenous Dalmatian house in a row with 500 years of history located in the old town near the Trogir bridge on the island of Čiovo.

The house has two entrances and is surrounded by decorated stone houses. The total living area of ​​approximately 140m2 is divided into four floors connected by internal spiral staircases.
On the ground floor there is a tavern equipped with a fireplace, bathroom and bed.
On the first and second floor is an apartment that is in nature a studio apartment with a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and another separate bedroom.
On the third floor is a closed kitchen of approximately 20m2 and a terrace overlooking the sea, while on the roof is another terrace with an area of ​​approximately 30m2.
