The house / villa for rent, luxurious new building, built in 2016, surrounded by stone walls and surrounded by olive trees, figs, lemons and oranges, located on the island Ciovo.

House / villa can accommodate eight people and has four elegant rooms, two toilets, kitchen and living room. In front of the villa there are two terraces of 90m2, one of which is covered, and has a table and chairs for a break or a possible lunch / dinner. On another terrace under olive tree are furniture with small tables. In front of the large terrace is an outdoor pool with sun loungers. On the left side of the villa is a covered stone barbecue with a large bar.

The villa is located in an area where there is no connection to the electricity, supply is done by solar panels and the water is used from the tank (water tank), while for cooking there is gas provided. From the villa to the sea go down the cobbled stone paths around which grow Mediterranean plants (lavender, rosemary), right on the beach is a stone pier where they can dock with a small boat.
