Croatia, Dalmatia islands, Korcula - Building land with sea view

Just 4 kilometers from the old town of Korčula, on the northern side of the island, this building plot is located. Access to the plot is direct, from the main road via a side road leading toward the coast. The position of the land offers sea views, both toward the shoreline right in front of the plot and eastward, toward Žrnovska Banja. In terms of shape, the plot is slightly elongated, yet fully functional for construction, with maximum dimensions of 35 x 18 meters. From the land, there are views of two bays — one open toward the Pelješac Channel, and the other enclosed and more secluded. The terrain configuration is mostly flat, and the land is currently overgrown with dense vegetation and pine woods.
