About the property
Hidden in a small bay, surrounded by olive groves and pine trees that descend in terraces to the sea, the house is located in the first row to the sea, with an unobstructed view of the horizon. There is no traffic, only silence, the scent of the sea and a view that stretches to the horizon. This is a secluded location in the truest sense of the word, and yet Vela Luka is only a five-minute drive away, close enough for everything you need, yet far enough for the peace to remain.
The terrace in front of the house faces the sea and the sunsets, while terraced gardens with olive trees lead directly to the shore, where there are sun loungers and a landscaped area right by the sea.
The ground floor of the house has a kitchen with a dining area and a living room with an indoor fireplace, with direct access to the terrace. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Below the house is a covered outdoor kitchen and a spacious area for socializing, while an outdoor sun deck with a covered section and a shower leads straight to a 40 m² swimming pool, set amid the greenery of the olive grove. The pool can also be used with seawater.
The grounds are fully planted with olive trees and landscaped with great care. The parking area is covered and paved with stone, with access from the main road behind the house. Below the parking area is a konoba (cellar), used as a storage room with a washing machine and additional refrigerators. The house has a new thermal façade with polystyrene insulation, a new roof, air conditioning and windows with insect screens.
This is a house where you can watch the sunset over the sea every day.
