The house is in an attractive position, first row to the sea. In nature, it is a semi-detached house with separate entrances.

The house is located on a plot of 390 m2 and is spread over 4 floors interconnected by external stairs.

– On the first floor there is a three-room apartment with a large terrace in front of the apartment, which can be used as a sunbathing area in the summer.
