About the property
Unique modern designed villa, first row to the sea and pebble beach. The villa has three floors in its total area of 300m2 (gross) located on a plot of 2436m2.
– In the basement there is a separate apartment consisting of kitchen, bathroom, pantry and 2 bedrooms.
– On the ground floor there is a large living room with kitchen and dining room open concept with access to terraces.
– On the first floor, which can be reached from the ground floor by internal stairs, there are 4 rooms with ensuite bathrooms, also with their own exits to the terraces.
In addition to the villa, there is another separate building of some 30 m2, which currently serves as a large storage room, great for conversion into a guest house.
Apart from the quality construction (fully completed in 2012), the villa offers exceptional privacy both on the cultivated garden and privacy on a naturally private pebble beach only twenty meters away from the property.
The large garden combines several building plots, allowing the construction of another villa in case of desire and need.
The villa is fully air conditioned, design equipped and furnished.
The nearest restaurants and shops are only 5 minutes away by car, and the island of Pag is connected to the mainland by a bridge, which allows quick connections with major Dalmatian centers and the nearest airport Zadar (approximately 60 minutes by car).
