This beautiful Mediterranean stone house is situated in an excellent location, first row to the sea on the Peljesac peninsula.

It was built in the late 19th century on a large 1.800 m2 plot, by an old family from Viganj. Traditionally, they were captains and they traveled around the world, always expecting to find a peaceful oasis at home. During the 2nd World War the house was completely stripped, and recently it has been restored. The idea was to keep the property as it was for more than a century, and to restore only the technical parts by turning on additional benefits of today’s modern society, and it combines the ancient and the modern in a most subtle way.

It spreads over two floors with a total of 300 m2 of living space. Villa remained large as it was, and kept the same formula of life. The loft is renovated, as well as traditional tavern, which has been converted into a comfortable TV room. The villa is completely renovated and the solid, stone residence was converted into a luxury accommodation.
The pool is subsequently built adding additional luxury although the beach, surrounded by flowers and native shrubs providing natural shade, is in front of the house. Air conditioning and heating are available in each room.
