Neglected resort located in attractive location on the Pelješac peninsula, 40m from the sea.

The resort with a living area of ​​2500m2 consists of three buildings connected by an external staircase.
The buildings are spread over three floors – ground floor, first floor and attic.
In the southern building there are 30 rooms, each with a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea.
In the northwest building there is one room on the ground floor which has been converted into a reception, 25 rooms and 2 four-bed apartments.
Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning and kitchenette, all rooms are double and equipped with toilet with shower.
In the northeastern building there are 13 double rooms, 6 apartments and an additional smaller building with a kitchen and two apartments.

The resort is not maintained and needs renovation. The construction of the building is reinforced concrete, and the roof is sloping with a tile cover. The facades are plastered and the exterior carpentry is PVC.
