About the property
In the center of a small village, just a step from the sea, stands a stone villa with the beach directly in front of its entrance. There is a mooring spot along the shore, so you can keep your boat right under your window. Korčula and Orebić are a few minutes away, and life in a small village offers a peace that is hard to find in larger towns.
The yard facing the sea is designed as a second living room. The pool and sun deck are surrounded by palm trees and oleanders, with a jacuzzi and a barbecue terrace beside them. Part of the terrace is covered by a pergola with louvers that open and close, so you can dine and socialize whatever the weather. Behind the house there is another seating terrace, and the whole property is fenced and finished in stone.
The house was once an old Dalmatian house and has now been completely renovated. The renovation closely followed the look of the old house and kept all of its stone details, so the villa has the soul of traditional architecture and the comfort of a modern home. In 2025 the entire property was refreshed once more, so it is in top condition and ready to move into or to continue renting out right away.
The ground floor has a two-bedroom apartment with two modern bathrooms, underfloor heating and walk-in showers, a kitchen, a living room and a storage room for linen and maintenance supplies. On the upper floor there is a second two-bedroom apartment of the same standard, with a terrace facing due south and the sea.
All beds are king size, the lighting has been chosen with care, and the living rooms have leather sofa sets. Hot water is provided by a 300-liter boiler and solar collectors. There is parking for two cars in front of the house.
From spring until the end of October the villa operates as tourist accommodation, making it equally good as a home of your own and as an investment.
Location
Peljesac, Dalmatia coast
Pelješac is a peninsula in southern Dalmatia in Croatia. From the isthmus that begins at Ston, to the top of Cape Lovišta, it is 65 km long. The Pelješac Bridge spans the sea channel between Komarna on the northern mainland and the peninsula of Pelješac, thereby passing entirely through Croatian territory and avoiding any border crossings with Bosnia and Herzegovina at Neum.
