This beautiful house overlooking the sea is located in a small village just 2 km from Primosten.

It was built on a 540 m2 plot, spreads over two floors with 311 m2 of living space. It consists of a basement, ground floor and first floor with three fully furnished apartments and four bedroom apartment in the basement.
The first apartment, on the ground floor, consists of two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The second apartment (also on the ground floor) consists of a bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Both apartments have a common 50 m2 terrace (separated by sliding barriers so that each apartment has its own part of the terrace) that offers a breathtaking sea view.
