Villa under construction is located in a quiet small town near Primosten and Sibenik.

Its great location (near the beach) allows it to view the sea from every part of it.

The villa is modernly designed, straight lines with large glass walls facing south, which provides it with plenty of sun and natural light throughout the day.

The villa has two floors:

– On the ground floor there is a living room with open plan kitchen and dining room, bedroom, bathroom, study and storage. From this ground floor you go directly to a large spacious terrace in front of which there is a swimming pool and a cultivated garden.

– On the first floor there is a sleeping area with three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, all rooms have access to a large terrace with panoramic view of the sea and nearby islands.
