A house with a living area of 280 m2 is available, on a plot of 418 m2 in a quiet location in the town of Rab.

The house is located in a dead-end street, and the balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea and the harbor. The house consists of two floors and a high roh bau attic.

On the ground floor of the house there is a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a toilet and a staircase that connects all floors. On the first and second floor there are two bedrooms each with a bathroom and a toilet. The attic is not partitioned, high and very spacious.
