The house consists of five floors and six apartments with a classic Mediterranean style exterior. There are four two-bedroom apartments of 50 square meters each on the first and second floors. The third floor has a three-bedroom apartment of 130 m2, while the fourth floor has a three-bedroom apartment of 110 m2. Each of the apartments also has a kitchen, dining room, living room and two bathrooms, with the exception of the largest apartment on the third floor which has three bathrooms.

All apartments have access to a terrace with spectacular views of the natural environment and the sea that is 400 meters away from the house. With a total area of 70 m2, the ground floor includes a garage and storage space.

A tennis court and a small building with an apartment, locker room, and bathroom are located above the main house.

There is also a spacious parking area, barbecue and a swimming pool surrounded by greenery. Due to the fact that it is sufficiently remote from the main roads, the area is peaceful and private, while still being close enough to the nearby village center for all daily needs.
