About the property

This beautiful semi-detached reconstructed house / villa is situated in an excellent location, right by the sea on one of the most beautiful islands in the Adriatic island.

South facade is coated in Dalmatian stone, and west and north in traditional plaster. The roof has wooden structure covered with tile and stone eaves. The windows have stone frame of the original, Brac stone “pale”. Doors and windows are made of high quality aluminum with a rustic green woodwork and aluminum blinds. The entire reconstruction was carefully done to fit in a protected, historic area in which the house is located.

The house has a 68 m2 of living space and is southwest locatedt. The entrance is on the north side and has access to a car. The house has all the utility connections.
Entire house documentation is proper but the spaces inside are not defined. Flooring, tiles, partition walls need to be which leaves endless possibilities for the future owner to personalize and adjust the property.

Location

Solta, Dalmatia islands

Šolta is situated in the central Dalmatian archipelago, west of the island of Brač, south of Split and east of the Drvenik islands. On the north-eastern coast of the island there are the large bays of Rogač and Nečujam. The main fishing center is Maslinica, which is exposed to only north-westerly winds, making it a good shelter for smaller boats.
