Tourist apartments have very good reviews on Trip advisor and on the tour operator website, the “Apollo” agency from Scandinavia, which rents apartments. The contract was signed for the next 3 years on the amount of fixed lease. For the operation of the apartments it takes three employees, one receptionist and two housekeepers. The tourist season is currently 164 days and has a tendency of extension.
