Both bedrooms are oriented to the north, while the kitchen with dining room and living room are oriented to the west. The bedrooms and living room have separate, new Mitsubishi air conditioners.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2018 and the water and electricity installations in the entire apartment were completely changed, the floor was poured, all the walls were repainted, the windows were insulated from noise and cold, new PVC shutters and security doors were installed. The apartment also has a woodshed in the basement of the building, and the entire building, as well as the entrance to it are under video surveillance. Next to the building there is a large parking lot with a capacity of about 70 cars.
