Beautiful, Dalmatian, stone semi-detached house, located in the old part of Split, district Varos. The house consists of 3 floors, with separate entrances, with the second and third floor connected by a common staircase and have two separate entrances from the hallway leading to each floor.

The house is very well maintained, nicely and tastefully decorated. On each floor is a fully equipped studio apartment, with all amenities. It also has a part with a sitting set in the common yard. This type of property can be rented out to tourists for most of the year.
