Fully furnished and equipped two-room apartment, located on the ground floor of a stone house not far from Diocletian’s Palace,
waterfront and sea.

It consists of a small bedroom for one person that can be used as a storage room, and a larger bedroom with
with a double bed, a nice bathroom and an open space where the kitchen, dining room and living room are located.

The apartment was adapted in 2016 using high-quality materials and at the same time keeping the original stone
represents the traditional heritage of the city of Split. Air conditioning and underfloor heating are used for heating and cooling
located in the living room and bathroom. Well-chosen furniture makes an effective element, providing comfort at the same time.

The entire house has only three apartments and they share a fenced courtyard. The apartment is ideal for living in the city center
but also for tourist rental.
