Newly built modern house with pool, located near the sea and the forest park Marjan, the famous recreational zone of the city of Split.
It is a semi-detached house of about 160m2 of living space of the main house, and about 40m2 of guest house, all located on a plot of 464m2.

The guest house is an independent unit and consists of a basement that serves as a playroom and a living area on the ground floor.
This floor consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom on the gallery. The space is also air conditioned.

The main house is spread over two modern floors with an attic.
The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, a spacious and sunny living room with kitchen and dining room that has access to the courtyard, pantry and guest toilet.

The first floor of the house consists of a separate bedroom more precisely from the double bedroom on the north-west with a sea view which has its own bathroom and exit to the terrace. To the southeast are two smaller bedrooms that share a bathroom and a terrace. From this floor you can climb to the attic which serves as a pantry in which the boiler is located.

The house was completely reconstructed and renovated in 2017 and solar panels were installed as an additional energy source.
On the north side there is a summer kitchen with a dining area and a barbecue.
