Two bedroom apartment with a total area of 70m2 located on the 5th floor of a residential building with two entrances and two elevators, in a quiet area of Trstenik. The south side of the apartment has access to a loggia overlooking the sea, while the two rooms on the north and west sides have balconies. It is about ten minutes drive from the city center, and five from the beach.

The apartment consists of an entrance hall, two bedrooms, large living room with kitchen and dining room with access to the loggia, bathroom and small storage. In nature it consisted of three rooms so that, if necessary, it was possible to make another additional smaller bedroom.

All shutters were changed about 10 years ago, and the apartment is very well maintained and tidy.

There are several larger free car parks around the building so the place can always be found.

Nearby there is a kindergarten, school, church, shops, cafes, clinics, bus stations and all other important facilities.
