A new detached house with a modern design in a bay on the island of Vir. The house with a total living area of ​​220 m2 is located on a plot of land of 533 m2 in a smaller place, which therefore provides peace.

The house is completely separated by a private fence, which ensures a great deal of privacy. The yard is extremely rich and large and is adorned with olive trees and wonderful greenery and features such as a heated pool of 42 m2, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
