The house / villa, one storey of 50 m2 in size, located on a big plot of approximately 8000 m2, where are planted 125 olive trees, and a dozen different kinds of fruit.

The residential part consists of one bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and covered terrace of 50 m2, and two additional open terraces. Near the house there are four outbuildings (storage room of 10 m2, barbecue, place where the agregate for electricity is located, and another small house with water well, depth of 70 m).
