The villa has a living area of ​​190 m2, located on a plot of 660 m2 and spreads over two floors. On the ground floor is positioned one bedroom with bathroom and dressing room, kitchen with dining room and living room toilet and pantry. An internal staircase is connected to the first floor where there are three bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a covered terrace of 30 m2. The garden is equipped with an outdoor pool of 35 m2 and an engine room with a total area of ​​46.34 m2.

The mezzanine and roof construction is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 20 cm thick. The load-bearing walls of the building are made of 25 cm thick block bricks. Horizontal stability was ensured by a number of horizontal and vertical cerclages, placed at the joints of fractures and collisions of the wall and at the joints of slabs and walls. The staircase with a glass railing leading to the 1st floor is a steel structure attached to a reinforced concrete wall. The internal partition walls are made of plasterboard and a block of bricks 10 and 12.0 cm thick. The outer walls are covered with thermal insulation – styrofoam 10.0 cm thick, finished with smooth plaster and parts of the walls that are buried on the outside are covered with waterproofing. The roof of the building has thermal insulation – styrofoam 20.0 cm thick. The foundation strips and the above-foundation walls are made of reinforced concrete. The roof of the building is flat – partly passable, partly impassable green. The property has high quality ALU joinery, and is equipped with stone, parquet and ceramic tiles.

The property has underfloor heating throughout the house, internet, TV in all rooms, room doors with magnetic locks, solar panels on the roof and intercom.
