The project 6 villas is located on an elevated part with a view of the sea and the city, in a quiet part of Vodice.

The villas are luxurious and modern, and are designed to fit perfectly into the outdoor environment, and the use of natural materials and traditional lines that reflect Mediterranean architecture has contributed to this. Each villa has a total area of ​​390m2 and consists of two floors, a private pool and four parking spaces.

On the ground floor with a loggia and a covered terrace of 195m2, there is a spacious open kitchen, dining room and living room, bedroom with bathroom, and a wellness room with jacuzzi and shower. The project envisages laundry, storage, engine room, as well as a lot of storage space on the ground floor.
