Villa under construction, first row to the sea and the beach, in an attractive part of the Zadar area. It is located on a rectangular plot of land with a total area of ​​700m2, south orientation, with access to a pebble beach with crystal clear sea. (It should be emphasized that there is no road between land and sea)

It spreads over two floors:

-on the ground floor there is a large living room of open concept which together with the kitchen and dining room forms an area of ​​over 68m2, on this floor there is room with a dressing room too, large bathroom, large terrace and 2 utility rooms.

– on the first floor which is designed as a sleeping part of the villa, there are 3 large spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom and dressing room, the rooms are surrounded by a large terrace with open view of the sea and nearby islands.

The garden is designed for outdoor gatherings with several corners for gastronomic and hedonistic pleasures, surrounded of Mediterranean plant species that will provide shade in the summer months, and it will be dominated by a swimming pool with sun deck.
