The house of Dalmatian decoration is located on the coast. From all sides of the property there is an open sea view and from the yard there is a direct exit to the beach, while in front of the house is a pier made by the owner.

The property of 130m2 is located on a plot of 210m2 and consists of three floors, ground floor and two floors.
The ground floor consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and one bathroom.
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor which consists of one bedroom with attached bathroom and a balcony that offers an impressive sea view.
The second floor consists of one bedroom and an additional room.
