Zadar house first row to the sea.

The house is located right next to the beach and the sea, built on a plot of 700m2.

Conceptually, it was made for year-round living, i.e. for additional income in the summer months.

In its gross area of 500m2, it extends over three floors

On the ground and first floor there are utility rooms, a garage and two large three-room comfortable apartments with large covered terraces with an open view of the sea. The owners use the first two floors of the house for their own needs throughout the year, only renting it out to tourists in the summer if necessary.

The second floor, which has a separate entrance from the back of the house, was conceived as a part of the house intended for commercial – touristic purposes. On this floor there are 4 apartments with their own exits to the terraces with a view of the sea and the nearby islands.

The yard of this house is cultivated, surrounded by stone and a hedge. It is harmoniously arranged, on it there is a large lawn with palm trees and other carefully planted Mediterranean plants. The yard leads directly to the beach and the sea. A large brick barbecue with a pergola was also built on that lower part of it.

On the beach in front of the house there is a sunbathing area and a mooring for a boat.

Excellent location of the house, close to the city of Zadar, as well as close to the highway, airport and transport port.
