A semi-detached house located in an attractive seaside location not far from the town of Zadar, beaches and the sea.
In a quiet location that is also the perfect starting point for visiting many of Croatia’s natural beauties, including places under the protection of UNESCO and national parks.

Built in 2008 on a plot of 464 m2, it extends over two floors and an attic.
On the ground floor there is a garage for one car, a hallway, a storage room, a guest toilet, a bathroom, a bedroom, a kitchen with a dining room and a living room with an exit to a loggia of 20 m2. The first floor consists of two furnished studio apartments and two bedrooms with bathrooms.
The attic with an uncovered terrace with a partial view of the sea is Roh-bau and offers the possibility of decoration as desired.

all furniture is brand new, very little used only during vacation.
The town center and the beach are a 10-minute walk away, and Zadar Airport is 10 km away.
