On the ground floor there is a covered terrace with barbecue, area of approximately 8 m2. On the first floor is a small terrace with a beautiful view of the bay.
The outdoor space is protected by high fences in a combination of walls and greenery from the outside view, either from the road or from adjacent plots. It consists of a courtyard living area and a horticultural garden. The part of the yard directly connected to the living room allows for various activities. On the same level next to the covered terrace is part of the courtyard with a large barbecue and a large specially designed stone dining table. At the level of the low ground floor is a spacious courtyard with a possible car parking function. Cars are usually parked in the available parking space located near the house.

In addition, in the garden there are eight olive trees, and one lemon fruit of sleepwalker, orange, grapefruit, kunkva, fig, plantain and two kiwi stalks.
