House on Čiova, first row to the sea.

The property has an excellent location by the sea, from the yard you have direct access to the beach, which has a sunbathing area and a jetty with a mooring for small boats.

Due to the inaccessibility of the terrain, the beach is inaccessible to tourists, it can only be used by the owner and his guests.

The house is divided into three floors:

- On the ground floor there is a summer kitchen connected to a large terrace and garden with direct access to the sea. On this floor there is also a large water cistern which is useless today, considering that the house is connected to the water supply network, the cistern can be converted into a new living space on this floor.

- On the first floor there is an apartment consisting of a room with its own balcony, a bathroom, a kitchen-dining room and a living room... The large terrace on this floor stretches its entire length and has two accesses from the kitchen and the living room.

- On the second floor, which is reached by an internal stone staircase, there is a similar one-room comfortable apartment as on the first floor, but with a slightly larger terrace.

The property needs to be renovated, and the yard needs to be cultivated.

The house itself is located in a good micro and macro location, close to all amenities, shops and restaurants. Also close to the airport and highway.
