This property is located in a prime location, directly on the seafront, with a pier and a boat mooring right in front of the house.
The ground floor includes two garages with a ceiling height of 3 meters and two water tanks. On the first floor there are two apartments, each with a living area of approximately 60 m² and a large terrace facing the sea. The second floor, located in the attic, also contains two apartments of 60 m².
On the west side of the house there is a smaller multi-storey building with its own number, and behind the main house there is an additional external cistern.
The house was built in 1990, and the last renovation was carried out in 2015. Further investment is certainly needed; however, the house is currently in good condition and suitable for living and tourist rental, except for the attic apartment which is in an unfinished (roh-bau) state.
The house has direct access by car and parking for several vehicles. The property can be reached from the sea by boat, and thanks to the deep water it can accommodate larger boats or yachts.
The house is located in a peaceful environment ideal for a private holiday on the island of Drvenik, known for its crystal clear sea and beautiful beaches. The island is connected to the mainland by regular ferry lines from Trogir and Seget Donji, which run several times a day, and the journey time is approximately one hour.

Drvenik Veli (Italian: Zirona Grande) is an island in Croatian part of Adriatic Sea. It is situated in middle-Dalmatian archipelago, northwest of Šolta, 1.8 kilometres (1.1 miles) from the mainland.[1] Its area is 12.07 square kilometres (4.66 sq mi).[2][3] The highest peak is 178 metres high.[3] The only settlement on the island is the near-eponymous village of Drvenik Veliki (pronounced [dr̩v̞ɛ̌niːk v̞ɛ̂likiː]) with a population of 150 (2011 census).[4] The island was first inhabited in the 15th century.[5] Croatian monuments from the 13th century, the island is mentioned as "Gerona" or "Giruan".[5] Drvenik Mali (Italian: Zirona Piccola) is an island in Croatian part of Adriatic Sea. It is situated in middle-Dalmatian archipelago, west of Drvenik Veliki, 8 nautical miles (15 km) from Trogir. Its area is 3.3 square kilometres (1.3 sq mi).[1][2]
