Semi-detached house, for sale, located on Veliko Drvenik, an island located in the Trogir archipelago, with 105 m2 of living space, on a plot of 110 m2.
The house consists of three floors, basement, ground floor and first floor. The basement is 24 m2. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, while on the first floor there is an additional bedroom, a kitchen with a fireplace, a bathroom and a larger terrace with an open view of the sea.
The property requires additional investment in the adaptation of the living space, since the house has not been used for some time and is a little neglected.
Due to its position on this interesting island, the house does not have access by car, but it is positioned in such a way that all necessary facilities (shops, beach, ferry...) are within walking distance of the property.
The house has great potential for rent and is also very interesting as a family vacation home.
