For sale is a stone, semi-detached Dalmatian house located on the island of Hvar. The property was built around 1900, and was completely renovated in 2001 and 2002 - new roof, interior and exterior woodwork, floors, walls, installations ... The property is characterized by thick stone walls, whose original appearance was retained during the renovation.
On the lowest floor is a tavern, partly buried in the ground, which allows users of the property during the summer a pleasant and fresh stay, with enough natural light. The tavern is used as a living area with kitchen and dining area. There is also a bathroom, and access to a pleasant smaller terrace with dining area.
An external staircase leads to the second floor of the house. On the first floor there is a small hallway, bathroom, pantry (below the spiral staircase leading to the second floor) and one bedroom with two windows. On the second floor there is an additional bedroom facing east - west.
Since this is an original, Dalmatian property, it does not have its own parking lot, but it is located about 50 meters from the property. All necessary facilities are within a 5-minute walk.
Interesting property great for a pleasant family vacation or for tourist rental.

Hvar (pronounced [xv̞âːr]; local Chakavian dialect: Hvor or For, Greek: Pharos, Φάρος, Latin: Pharia, Italian: Lesina) is a Croatian island in the Adriatic Sea, located off the Dalmatian coast, lying between the islands of Brač, Vis and Korcula. Approximately 68 km (42.25 mi) long,[1] with a high east-west ridge of Mesozoic limestone and dolomite, the island of Hvar is unusual in the area for having a large fertile coastal plain, and fresh water springs.
