We are selling a cult restaurant located in the first row to the sea on the sunniest Croatian island of Hvar. The restaurant is part of a historic building, and as such it exudes historical charm. In addition to its beautiful interior, the restaurant has a terrace right by the sea but also an additional building plot (also in the first row to the sea) of approximately 200 m2 which can be used either to expand the terrace or to build a new building.
The restaurant has 100 indoor seats and 80 outdoor seats. Since the municipality plans to expand the existing marina next to the restaurant, with the aforementioned extension, an additional 80 seats will be provided.
It is a cult restaurant whose guests were Croatian presidents and many prominent, and its well-established equipment allows the new owner to continue doing business without additional stress and investment.
