Island of Mljet real estate first row to the sea
The house is located in an attractive location by the sea. There is no road or path between the house and the sea. The house has its own de facto private beach where, in addition to sunbathing, there is also a place to moor a boat.
The house is one-story, unfinished, equipped with water and electricity infrastructure, one floor is currently habitable, and its floor plan area is 96m2.
The land belongs to the house, with a total area of 3500 m2, divided into the first row where the house itself is located, and the second row immediately above the house.
Mljet is a wooded island in Croatia, a national park, a mystical island where you can rarely find a property to buy, and even more difficult to find a house in a beautiful location in the first row to the sea.
The island is connected to the Pelješac peninsula by a ferry line, and it is a 40-minute drive to the first highway entrance, and an hour's drive to the Dubrovnik airport.

Mljet (pronounced [mʎɛ̂t]; Latin: Melita, Italian: Meleda) is the most southerly and easterly of the larger Adriatic islands of the Dalmatia region of Croatia. The National Park includes the western part of the island, Veliko jezero, Malo jezero, Soline Bay and a sea belt 500 m wide from the most prominent cape of Mljet covering an area of 54 km2.[1] The central parts of the park are Veliko jezero with the Isle of St. Mary, Malo jezero and the villages of Goveđari, Polače and Pomena.[2][3]
