Detached house on three floors located by the sea in a small tourist place with a total construction (gross) area of 538 m2. The rustic decoration of the tavern on the ground floor contributes to the Mediterranean atmosphere.

The house consists of a ground floor and two floors. On the ground floor there is a tavern and a separate staircase that serves as communication between the floors of the residential part of the house. The tavern has a dining area, kitchen with storage, storage and toilet. The interior of the tavern is decorated with many marine details like mosaics on the wall made of shells. In front of the tavern there is a canopy which is used as an uncovered terrace on the first floor.

On the first floor there are three apartments. One apartment consists of a loggia, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The second has a hallway, bathroom, kitchen and living room, while the third apartment consists of a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. All three apartments have access to a shared terrace with a beautiful sea view and a small harbor for boats.

On the second floor there are also three apartments. The first apartment consists of a loggia, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony. The second apartment has a hallway, bathroom, kitchen, living room, while the third one consists bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. All three apartments have a charming balcony.
